I Want…But…

As I’ve been working up into the 100 x $100k Challenge, I’ve been making sure that I stick to the very basics that are needed to build a business.

Why?

Because even I can get carried away with what needs to be done. So every couple of hours I have to remind myself of the simple things that are needed.

But that’s not what this email is about. If you need to see what those simple things are then join the $100,000 in 100 Days Challenge and hop into the community.

What I’m here to talk about is something that is both simple and yet complex.

I tell you that the concept of business is simple. Give people what they want.

If you do that well then you make a lot of money. If you don’t, then you don’t.

But I have to admit that there is a layer of complexity to that statement. And here is what I mean.

If I am dying of thirst, like I haven’t had a drink in days, then any water sounds appealing.

“I want water…”

But what happens if I’m only a little thirsty? Drinking out of the garden hose doesn’t sound appealing.

“I want water, but not from a hose…”

What happens when I’m thirsty but want a particular taste?

“I want water, but not from a hose and I want it to be sparkling…”

And now that I’ve learned that some water companies are the embodiment of evil I know exactly what I want!

“I want water, but not from a house and I want it to be sparkling, raspberry flavored, and from a company that rebuilds the rainforest.”

So what does this have to do with your business? I think too many people are getting caught up in figuring out ALL of those water requirements before they even deliver water.

And then there are some people who are only delivering water and can’t figure out why they aren’t growing.

First, you learn what the water is that your audience wants and you make sure that you can deliver it. Then you can add on to it.

Let’s look at what I teach as a practical example.

Without systems in place, you’re going to lose your mind (this is where mind models can be helpful) with your business, plus you can’t scale.

So I want to teach your funnels.

That means the first requirement I need to pass is that I know how to create funnels that actually work. I have to make sure water comes out of the hose.

But you don’t like funnels that feel salesy and I agree with you and so I improve the funnels to focus more on relationship-building than conversions. Now the water is sparkling.

Others begin to catch on and offer the same thing so I need to add another layer to things and I can do that with my personality. So I create more videos teaching people and letting them get to know me.

It’s my secret formula for water that nobody can replicate just like I can’t replicate theirs.

But this only works if I know how to deliver water.

Here's How You Build a 6-Figure Business With the 3 Engine Framework

In today's world, it's not enough to simply know how to create a digital product.

You need to know the whole system to make your business flourish.

This is why you build a Full Stack Engine. Not only because you need a system that you can maximize, but also a system that allows you to walk away when you need.

Because while the money is great, freedom is better.

And true freedom arrives when you have all 3 business engines running on their own.
