Stage Two: Checkpoint

This is it. You either have a business after this Stage or you don’t.

Seems a bit dramatic, but it’s true because these are all of the elements of a business. However, once you have this down, it becomes a lot easier to implement your One Concept and Core, making Stages Three and Four a breeze.

But remember that those stages are not necessary to have a thriving business. Over time, they make things easier, but they are not required.

Basic Checklist

Advanced Checklist

Personally, I combine Stages One & Two because the Character is so important for my worlds. So here is my personal Stage One & Two Checklist. These are the things that I must have to put my mind at ease.

  • [ ] Email Sequence with at least 10 emails*

* These aren’t hard sales emails or a sequence that’s pushing an offer. They will mention my One Creation while also sending people to other resources (usually YouTube videos). The goal is to continue to shift their identities toward the Character of my world.
