One Creation: The Different Offer Types

About Formats

The format that you choose for your offer is going to be determined by a number of factors. One of them is how much they need to learn before implementing.

I don’t have to do videos or lengthy text lessons (like here) in the World Code Studio because all of the stuff is here! So when you hop into The World Code Studio, it’s all about execution.

  • Do this
  • Report results
  • Analyze
  • Tweak
  • Do it again

But let’s say none of what you’re going through now was freely available. Then I could put it all in a series of Workshops, but when I think about myself, do I have time to not only sit down and watch a Workshop, but to pay attention to it? If perfect conditions happen, then yes.

So it would best be delivered via text. That way, you can hop in and out whenever you’re ready. I could package it up in a course or a book.

But let’s say there are times I want to illustrate a concept. Not by simply showing you a picture, but having you watch me create the illustration so you understand each piece as it evolves.

Then I need a video, so it would make sense to have the Creation be a course that has a mix of video and text lessons.

Before you choose a format you need to understand:

  • How do you need to deliver the Code (text, audio, video, etc), and how does that affect your Character? If an offer is only in audio files, then I won’t get it. I can’t sit and listen to audio and stay focused.
  • How does your Character feel about this format? You might create the most valuable book in the world, but if your Character’s perception is that books are just for cramming knowledge into your head, then it’s going to be hard to overcome that hurdle.
  • How easy will it be for you to maintain? I had a course on coding that made me a lot of money, but I absolutely hated it because the subject I was teaching changed so rapidly that I was constantly redoing videos.

Content-Based Formats

Video Courses

  • Best for: Teaching complex methodologies that benefit from visual demonstration
  • Character fit: People who learn better by watching and following along
  • Delivery consideration: Can feel overwhelming if too long; works best in bite-sized modules

Audio Programs/Podcasts

  • Best for: Busy Characters who consume content while commuting or multitasking
  • Character fit: People who prefer intimate, conversational learning
  • Delivery consideration: Great for building relationship and trust over time

Written Guides/Ebooks

  • Best for: People who like to reference material and work at their own pace
  • Character fit: Detail-oriented learners who want to take notes and revisit concepts
  • Delivery consideration: Easy to update and distribute, but can feel less personal

Interactive Workbooks

  • Best for: Methodologies that require active participation and self-reflection
  • Character fit: People who learn by doing rather than just consuming
  • Delivery consideration: Higher engagement but requires more initial effort to create

Experience-Based Formats

Live Workshops/Masterclasses

  • Best for: Creating urgency and community around specific transformations
  • Character fit: People who thrive on real-time interaction and group energy
  • Delivery consideration: Limited availability creates natural scarcity

Group Coaching Programs

  • Best for: Ongoing transformation that benefits from peer support
  • Character fit: People who want accountability and community connection
  • Delivery consideration: Requires active facilitation but creates recurring revenue

One-on-One Coaching/Consulting

  • Best for: Highly customized transformation with premium pricing
  • Character fit: People who want personalized attention and rapid results
  • Delivery consideration: Highest revenue per client but least scalable

Membership Communities

  • Best for: Ongoing relationship and continuous value delivery
  • Character fit: People who want to belong to something bigger than themselves
  • Delivery consideration: Requires consistent content creation but builds recurring revenue

Tool-Based Formats

Software/Apps

  • Best for: Systematic approaches that can be automated or templated
  • Character fit: People who prefer self-service and immediate access
  • Delivery consideration: High upfront development cost but highly scalable

Templates/Frameworks

  • Best for: Proven systems that can be customized to individual situations
  • Character fit: People who want to implement quickly without starting from scratch
  • Delivery consideration: Easy to create once you have a tested methodology

Assessment Tools

  • Best for: Helping people understand their starting point or personality type
  • Character fit: People who want self-knowledge before taking action
  • Delivery consideration: Can be simple surveys or complex diagnostic tools

The Format Decision Framework

When choosing your format, consider:

Your Character’s Learning Style

  • Do they prefer visual, auditory, or kinesthetic learning?
  • Do they want community or prefer solo implementation?
  • How much time can they realistically dedicate?

Your Climax Complexity

  • Simple transformations can work with templates or short courses
  • Complex identity shifts might need coaching or community support
  • Skill-based outcomes often work well with video demonstrations

Your Code Requirements

  • Does your methodology need real-time feedback?
  • Can it be self-implemented or does it require guidance?
  • Are there common obstacles that need troubleshooting support?

Your Business Model

  • High-ticket programs can support more personal delivery formats
  • Scalable business models need formats that don’t require your constant presence
  • Recurring revenue models work well with memberships or ongoing programs

Real-World Example

The World Code itself works as both a written framework (this resource) and an intensive implementation program (The World Code Studio). Same content, different delivery.

The written version serves people who want to understand the methodology and implement independently. The Studio serves people who want guidance, community, and accountability during implementation.

Both deliver the same Climax (building a business around your authentic approach) but serve different Character preferences and life situations.

The Bottom Line

The format isn’t as important as ensuring it actually delivers your promised transformation to your specific Character type. Start simple, test with real people, then expand based on what works.

Don’t choose a format because it seems prestigious or because everyone else is doing it. Choose the format that best serves your Character’s actual needs and constraints while delivering your specific Climax effectively.

Your Offer Portfolio

Everything that we’ve talked about so far revolves around One Creation. This doesn’t mean you can only have one offer. You can have as many offers as you want.

But it’s important to understand how each offer should have its own contained Climax. You don’t want to confuse your Character about which Creation they need at that very moment.

Let's Sprint

Having your World Code setup makes world-building a lot easier. While you have all of the tools here to work on it yourself, if you want some guidance then consider doing a sprint with me.

For 60 business days (you can work on the weekends, but let's not make it mandatory), we will build out your World Code and World System together.

After 30 days, you'll have everything in place to bring in people and sell your offer(s). After 60 days, you'll be taking days off from your business because everything is humming along.

This is an intensive 60 days so if you're the type who wants to take their time, then The World Studio will be a better fit.

However, if you are the type who loves a good sprint, then you'll also get access to The World Studio to continue moving forward with your world.
