One Conversation: Building Your Content Strategy
The Staged Conversation Approach
Your One Conversation evolves as you develop your World Code elements. You don’t need all nine elements perfected before creating content that converts.
- Stage 1: Make money with basic content (Climax + Code + Creation + Conversation + Crossing)
- Stage 2: Target and amplify (+ Character + Culprit)
- Stage 3: Differentiate philosophically (+ Concept)
- Stage 4: Deepen purpose and meaning (+ Core)
Start where you are. Build what converts. Evolve as you grow.
Market Maturity Matters
One thing to keep in mind is that the Awareness Maturity of your Character matters. Stage 1 content might not be enough for them because they’ve seen that.
The reason why we try to continue to move up stages over time is so that we become the only option for our Character and that doesn’t happen with more features. It happens with a better connection.
Stage 1: The Money-Making Foundation
At Stage 1, you have enough to create content that actually helps people and generates revenue. You don’t need perfect positioning yet.
What You Need for Stage 1 Content
- Basic Climax: A rough idea of the transformation you help people achieve
- Working Code: Your instinctive approach to helping people, even if not fully systematized
- Simple Creation: An offer that delivers your Code (even if it’s just consulting calls)
- Natural Conversation: Content about what you’re already thinking about and working on
- Basic Crossing: A way for interested people to work with you
Stage 1 Content Framework: The HELP Method
- Help with their current struggle
- Explain your approach to solving it
- Link to what becomes possible
- Point toward working together
AI Prompt for Stage 1 Content Creation
My current World Code elements:
ROUGH CLIMAX: [The transformation you help create, even if not perfectly defined]
WORKING CODE: [Your basic approach/methodology]
SIMPLE CREATION: [How people can work with you now]
Help me create Stage 1 content:
HELP CONTENT IDEAS: [Content addressing their immediate struggles]
APPROACH CONTENT IDEAS: [Content showing how you think about solutions]
POSSIBILITY CONTENT IDEAS: [Content about what becomes possible]
INVITATION CONTENT IDEAS: [Content that naturally leads to working together]
Focus on content I can create consistently without perfect positioning.
Stage 1 Content Types
- Problem + Solution: “Here’s what I see people struggling with and how I approach it”
- Case Study Simple: “Here’s how I helped someone with X problem”
- Method Glimpse: “Here’s one thing I always do when helping with Y”
- Transformation Tease: “Here’s what becomes possible when you solve Z”
Example Stage 1 content:
“I keep seeing creative entrepreneurs burn out trying to follow productivity systems designed for corporate executives. Here’s what I do instead…
I help them build systems around their actual life constraints, not ideal conditions.
Yesterday, a client hit her highest revenue month working 25 hours a week because we designed everything around her ADHD brain and two kids under 5. If you’re tired of forcing yourself into systems that don’t fit, let’s talk.”
Stage 2: Character + Culprit Integration
Once you’re making money with Stage 1, you can get more specific about WHO you serve and WHAT you’re fighting against.
Character Integration into Content
Now your content speaks to a specific type of person instead of generic “entrepreneurs”:
- Before Character clarity: “Here’s how to be more productive”
- After Character clarity: “Here’s how creative entrepreneurs with ADHD can build systems that work with chaos instead of requiring perfect conditions”
AI Prompt for Character-Integrated Content
My Stage 1 elements: [Climax, Code, Creation from previous work]
My Character: [Specific person you serve - their identity, struggles, values]
Help me evolve my Stage 1 content with Character specificity:
CHARACTER-SPECIFIC PROBLEMS: [Issues unique to this person type]
CHARACTER-SPECIFIC SOLUTIONS: [How your Code works for their specific situation]
CHARACTER-SPECIFIC LANGUAGE: [How they describe themselves and their struggles]
CHARACTER RECOGNITION CONTENT: [Content that makes them think "This person gets me"]
Transform generic content into Character-specific content that creates instant recognition.
Culprit Integration into Content
Your Culprit gives you an enemy to fight against in your content:
- Before Culprit clarity: “Here are some productivity tips”
- After Culprit clarity: “Stop letting the conformity police convince you that there’s only one right way to be productive”
AI Prompt for Culprit-Driven Content
My Character: [Who you serve]
My Culprit: [What you're fighting against]
My Code: [Your alternative approach]
Create content that fights against the Culprit:
CULPRIT CALLOUTS: [Content that directly challenges your enemy]
ALTERNATIVE APPROACHES: [Content showing your different way vs. the Culprit's way]
DAMAGE STORIES: [Content about how the Culprit hurts your Character]
VICTORY CONTENT: [Content celebrating wins against the Culprit]
Each piece should unite your Character against the common enemy.
Stage 2 Content Evolution
Your Stage 1 content becomes more targeted and magnetic:
- Stage 1: “Here’s how I help with productivity”
- Stage 2: “Here’s how I help creative entrepreneurs with ADHD stop forcing themselves into productivity systems designed for neurotypical corporate executives”
The transformation is the same, but now it speaks directly to your Character and fights your Culprit.
Stage 3: Concept Integration
Your Concept adds philosophical depth that differentiates you from everyone else solving similar problems.
Before vs. After Concept
- Before Concept: “I help people with productivity”
- After Concept: “I believe systems should adapt to humans, not the other way around”
Your Concept becomes the lens through which you view everything.
AI Prompt for Concept-Integrated Content
My established elements: [Character, Culprit, Climax, Code, Creation]
My Concept: [Your philosophical approach/contrarian thinking]
Help me integrate my Concept into content:
CONCEPT EXPLORATION: [Content that explores your philosophy]
CONCEPT APPLICATION: [Content showing your Concept applied to different situations]
CONCEPT VS CONVENTIONAL: [Content contrasting your thinking with standard approaches]
CONCEPT ORIGIN: [Content about how you developed this way of thinking]
Make every piece feel like it comes from someone with a clear worldview.
Stage 3 Content Themes
- Philosophical Foundations: Why you think about problems the way you do
- Contrarian Takes: How your Concept challenges conventional wisdom
- Principle Applications: Your Concept applied to various situations
- Worldview Expansion: Helping others adopt your way of thinking
Example Stage 3 content evolution:
“Everyone talks about ‘building better habits,’ but I think that’s backwards. I believe systems should adapt to humans, not force humans to adapt to systems.
That’s why I don’t teach morning routines. I teach people to build productivity around their actual energy patterns and life constraints.
My client Sarah stopped hating herself for not being a morning person and started scheduling her creative work for 9 PM when her brain actually works. She doubled her output by working WITH her nature instead of against it.”
Stage 3 Conversation Pattern
Your content now has philosophical consistency across all topics. Whether you’re talking about productivity, pricing, or parenting, it all filters through your Concept.
Stage 4: Core Integration
Your Core adds the deeper purpose layer that transforms content from helpful to meaningful.
Before vs. After Core
- Before Core: “I help with productivity because it works”
- After Core: “I help people build systems that honor their humanity because I believe work should enhance life, not consume it”
AI Prompt for Core-Integrated Content
My established elements: [All previous elements]
My Core: [Your deeper purpose beyond making money]
Help me integrate my Core purpose into content:
PURPOSE STORIES: [Content showing why this work matters to you personally]
IMPACT CONTENT: [Content about the deeper change you're creating]
VALUES DEMONSTRATION: [Content showing your Core in action]
LEGACY VISION: [Content about what you want to be true because you existed]
Make every piece feel driven by purpose, not just profit.
Stage 4 Content Depth
- Mission-Driven: Content that shows why this work matters beyond business results
- Values-Based: Content that demonstrates your Core through business decisions
- Legacy-Focused: Content about the change you want to create in the world
- Community-Building: Content that attracts people who share your deeper purpose
Example Stage 4 content evolution:
“I don’t just teach productivity systems.
I’m fighting for a world where creative people don’t have to sacrifice who they are to be successful.
Every time someone builds a business around their authentic strengths instead of forcing themselves into cookie-cutter frameworks, we prove that there’s more than one right way to succeed.
That’s why I do this work. Not just to help individuals make more money, but to change the conversation about what success can look like.”
Content Evolution at Each Stage
Stage 1 → Stage 2: From Generic to Specific
- Same helpful content, but clearly for your Character type
- Same solutions, but positioned against your Culprit
- Same transformation, but with identity resonance
Stage 2 → Stage 3: From Tactical to Philosophical
- Same Character focus, but with worldview consistency
- Same Culprit fighting, but with principled reasoning
- Same helpful advice, but filtered through your Concept
Stage 3 → Stage 4: From Smart to Meaningful
- Same philosophical approach, but purpose-driven
- Same contrarian thinking, but mission-oriented
- Same worldview, but legacy-focused

AI Prompts for Stage Assessment
“What Stage Am I At?” Analysis
My current content and business situation:
CONTENT: [Describe your current content approach]
REVENUE: [Are you making money from your expertise?]
AUDIENCE: [Who currently follows/engages with you?]
CLARITY: [How clear are you on who you serve and how?]
Based on this, help me identify:
1. What World Code stage am I currently operating at?
2. What elements do I need to develop to move to the next stage?
3. How should I adjust my content strategy for my current stage?
4. What would moving to the next stage look like for my content?
“Next Stage Development” Planning
My current stage: [1, 2, 3, or 4]
My developed elements: [List what you have clear]
My underdeveloped elements: [List what needs work]
Help me create a plan to evolve to the next stage:
ELEMENT DEVELOPMENT: [What to work on next]
CONTENT EVOLUTION: [How to upgrade current content]
TIMELINE EXPECTATIONS: [Realistic timeframe for development]
SUCCESS INDICATORS: [How to know when you've moved to next stage]
Create a practical development plan for my next stage evolution.
The Stage Integration Reality
You don’t need to perfect one stage before moving to the next. Elements can develop simultaneously:
- Stage 1 gets you making money (if Awareness Maturity is low) and helping people
- Stage 2 makes you more magnetic to the right people (you should be making some money here)
- Stage 3 differentiates you philosophically (you should be making more money)
- Stage 4 creates deeper meaning and purpose (you can guess what happens here)
But don’t skip Stage 1 trying to perfect your philosophy. Start helping people and making money. Everything else develops through application, not just contemplation.
Your Next Steps by Stage
If You’re Stage 1
Focus on creating helpful content consistently. Don’t worry about perfect positioning yet. Get comfortable helping people and making money from your expertise.
If You’re Stage 2
Get specific about your Character and identify your Culprit. Make your existing helpful content more targeted and magnetic.
If You’re Stage 3
Develop your contrarian Concept. Filter all your content through your unique philosophical lens.
If You’re Stage 4
Integrate your deeper Core purpose. Make your content about meaningful change, not just helpful advice.
The Content Evolution Truth
Your Conversation will naturally evolve as you develop your World Code elements. Don’t force sophistication before you have the foundation.
Stage 1 content that helps people and generates revenue beats Stage 4 content that’s philosophically perfect but serves no one.
Build your foundation first. Everything else is optimization.
Your Conversation isn’t separate from your business development. It’s how your business development expresses itself through content that connects with real people who need what you provide.
Start where you are. Use what you have. Do what you can. Everything else will develop as you go.
