I Don’t Know What to Charge

A Secret Guide to Charging Whatever You Want

The biggest problem people have with knowing what to charge is that they look at what’s inside their offer. If they’re selling a book they might say that the book is 160 pages and it took them 3 months to write it and therefore they’ll charge $19.

But those aren’t the reasons why your Character is going to buy the book.

They are going to buy the book because of the Climax that it promises.

One of my clients charges $200 for a “book” because of the Climax that it helps the Character achieve. If a person reads the book and follows it, then they can increase what they make by 5 or 6 figures. Because of that, it would make no sense to charge $19 for the book.

I have another client who charges $39 for Freezer Meal Guides. This is because of her Character.

I’ve met a guy who charges $250,000 for a Mastermind.

If you nail the elements in The World Code, you’re not going to have an issue with over-charging. But many people have a problem with under-charging.

A good rule of thumb is that if you’re comfortable with the price, then there is a good chance you’re under-charging. If you feel miserable after you deliver the Creation, then you’re definitely under-charging.
